Fees and Payments:
All children are eligible for government funded sessions amounting to 15 hours a week, selecting what sessions best suit your needs. This is available for the term following their third birthday, we will arrange this funding for your child.
Pre-school sessions are: 9:05-12:05 and 12:05-3:05 each day Monday to Friday.
Our fees are::
Two year olds: £16.00 for half day session. £31.50 for a full day.
Three years plus: £14.00 for half day session. £27.50 for a full day.
A snack is included, however we do invite the children to bring in a piece of fruit to share alongside our snack.
If you are in receipt of benefits such as income support your child may be eligible for funding from the age of two.
If required and we can accommodate, an additional hour can be added onto the end of a morning session or the beginning of an afternoon session at a cost of £5.00.
All additional fees are invoiced in advance each month to be paid in full within the first week.
Extra sessions are available. Space allowing, there can be booked on an ad hoc bases, booked and paid for through the manager.
Our preferred method of payment is online through our bank, however we do take cheque and cash, and are registered with some voucher schesmes.
Please use your child's full name as a reference, and it would be helpful if you can send us a follow-up email to Jasmineparkpreschool@hotmail.com when you make an online payment.
We also accept cash, cheques and childcare vouchers.
Non payment of fees will result in your child being unable to attend any sessions other than the government funded sessions, please contact the manager if you are struggling to make a payment.
A late payment charge of £10 is added to any reminder invoices for overdue fees.
At least half a term’s notice is required for a child leaving pre-school.
All sessions are agreed on a termly basis for your child. Any permanent change to the days your child attends including a reduction must be made in writing before the start of a new term and will be implemented the following term, any changes mid-term are at the manager’s discretion.
No reductions will be made for holidays or sickness.
